Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to any contract between TVLine and a customer for an IPTV subscription purchased via buy-iptv-subscription.co.uk.

2. Subject of the Contract

The service consists of temporary access to live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet.

3. Plan Lengths and Pricing

Plans available are: 1 month (£9.99), 3 months (£24.99), 6 months (£39.99) and 12 months (£59.99). Prices are shown in GBP.

4. Formation of the Contract

The contract is formed when your order is confirmed. Access details are sent via WhatsApp or email once payment is received.

5. No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions end at the end of the chosen period, with no automatic renewal unless you place a new order.

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to keep your login details confidential, to respect the agreed number of devices, and you remain responsible for your internet connection quality and compatible equipment.

7. Availability

We aim to provide an uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability, as some content depends on third-party providers.

8. Right to Cancel

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details are set out on our Refund Policy page.

9. Refunds

Refund terms are set out separately in our Refund Policy, without affecting your statutory cancellation rights.

10. Liability

Our liability is unlimited for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For minor negligence affecting an essential obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable loss.

11. Data Protection

Personal data handling is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Statutory consumer protections remain unaffected. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in effect.
